Not a fan of AACR: the songs are great but always sounded better in concert. I can remember hearing RT do an epic solo acoustic version of Ghosts In The Wind.This was the final album he made with Joe Boyd. Some commentators felt that the collaboration had run its course by this point.RT on a major label (Polydor) was a big deal at the time. It didn't end happily; ultimately, it didn't end happily at Capitol, either. RT is a major talent but he's not a 'major label talent', it seems.I remember the concert VHS: found it a bit disappointing, because it didn't run like a 'proper' concert. Seem to recall special filmed inserts, etc, as was often the case with 'in concert' videos in that period.
